Tell Poker uses Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Tell Poker Pro subscription and app usage generally. You can read the full agreement here:

Payment for Tell Poker Pro is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
