How do I play?
Open the app and tap Play for a solo game against the AI opponents. The in-app Info screen has a full how-to-play walkthrough, opponent guide, and hand rankings.
How does multiplayer work?
From the menu, one player chooses Host and the others choose Join. Nearby players can connect over the same Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth. Everyone sees only their own cards. You can also host or join over the internet from anywhere.
I can’t connect to a multiplayer game.
A few things to check:
- Make sure all players are on the same Wi-Fi network for nearby play.
- Confirm Tell Poker has permission to use the local network (Settings → Tell Poker → Local Network).
- For internet games, make sure everyone entered the exact same room code.
- If a game seems stuck, have everyone leave and rejoin the room.
Is Tell Poker real-money gambling?
No. Tell Poker is play-money only. There is no way to buy chips, deposit, or win real money.
Does Tell Poker show ads?
Free play includes occasional rewarded video ads — you always choose to watch one, in exchange for something like a full coaching report or an extra internet-hosted game. Ads never interrupt a hand and never play without you tapping a button first. Tell Poker Pro removes ads entirely.
Does Tell Poker collect my data?
Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob, which can collect device identifiers and ad interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy. Tell Poker itself has no accounts and no analytics. Pro subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Tell Poker Pro is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Delete your data
Tell Poker stores settings and stats only on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.
