TellPoker Privacy Policy
Chicken Nugget Dream Land LLC (“we,” “us”) publishes the TellPoker app. This policy explains what TellPoker does and does not do with your information. It applies to the TellPoker iOS app.
The short version: TellPoker does not collect, store, or share any personal data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. TellPoker has no user accounts and no login, and it does not include any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking software.
Information stored on your device
TellPoker saves your app settings and gameplay data — such as your chosen options, appearance preference, and game statistics — locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you delete the app.
Multiplayer play
TellPoker offers optional multiplayer. When you choose to play a multiplayer game:
- The display name you enter and your in-game actions (bets, folds, and similar) are sent to the other players in your game so the game can function.
- Nearby multiplayer uses Apple’s local networking to connect players on the same Wi-Fi network or over Bluetooth. This data travels directly between devices.
- Internet multiplayer sends these messages through a relay server we operate. The relay simply forwards messages between the players in a game room. It does not store game history, does not save your messages after they are delivered, and does not build a profile of you. As with any internet service, our hosting provider may briefly process technical connection data (such as an IP address) to route traffic; we do not use this information to identify you and do not retain it.
We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
Children’s privacy
TellPoker is not directed to children. The app is rated 17+ because it simulates casino poker. TellPoker uses play-money only and offers no real-money gambling and no way to spend real money. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Data security
Because TellPoker does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to secure on your behalf. Internet multiplayer connections use encrypted (TLS) transport.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the revised version here.
